In particular, <a href="http://github.com/dabrahams/s3backup/blob/master/backup.py#L353" rel="nofollow">this line</a> which makes a record of hard links in the system and <a href="http://github.com/dabrahams/s3backup/blob/master/backup.py#L364" rel="nofollow">this loop</a> that makes sure that only one reference to any given inode is followed. Sure thing! Take a look at backup.py in this project.
